AdvantageCare Rehabilitation seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Bethlehem, PA, to help patients reclaim communication and safe swallowing. You will deliver individualized therapy, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families for long-term success.

Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, state licensure, and CCC-SLP preferred with mentorship. We offer therapist-led, autonomy-supported care with strong professional growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs welcome with mentorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices
• Deliver direct therapy services and modify interventions based on patient response and progress
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support carryover of skills and long-term success
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, and discharge summaries
