Tender Touch Rehab is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in South Carolina. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and secure MD orders to guide patient care within our community-focused program.

Formación

• MA or MS in communication disorders recognized by ASHA and state board.
• Current license/registration in the state (as applicable).
• CFY completion.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive speech therapy evaluations per MD orders.
• Develop long- and short-term goals, treatment plans, frequency and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment using modalities and adjust as needed.
• Complete all documentation requirements.

Educación
