Job summary

Post Rehab in Derry, NH is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized therapy plans aligned with resident goals.

Join a multidisciplinary rehab team, collaborate with nursing staff and families, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and complete timely documentation. Active licensure and SNF experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license is required.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
