Qualifications

• Valid Washington State license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

• Proficient with clinical documentation and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and assess residents’ speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.
• Document evaluations and care plans per standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
