Job summary

Sandstone of Tucson is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in Arizona. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Qualifications

Active Arizona SLP License or Compact License is required.
Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication and swallowing.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
