Relient Health is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Belfast, ME. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive rehab setting.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate ($40–$45), comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)), PTO and holidays, with potential sign-on or relocation assistance.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current ME SLP license (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP preferred, but CFs may be considered when supervision is available
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress
