Job summary

Relient Health in Great Barrington, MA is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders, and collaborate with a rehabilitation team to deliver coordinated care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
Current MA SLP license (or eligibility)
CCC-SLP preferred, CFs may be considered when supervision is available
Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress using EMR systems
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress
