Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides Speech Therapy services to patients and initiates referrals.
• Conducts screenings to determine need for intervention.
• Evaluates patients for treatment planning and data collection.
• Interprets evaluation findings to patients, families and team members.
• Establishes patient schedules with other team members.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinates treatment with patient, family and other team members.
• Monitors progress and adjusts treatment per physician orders.
• Adheres to standards of practice and infection control policies.
