Job summary

Collierville Nursing and Rehabilitation in Collierville, TN is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to residents. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Valid state Speech Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services with patient interaction per guidelines.
• Screen and evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise assistants and rehab techs as assigned.
• Maintain documentation and billing compliance.
• Communicate with the Director of Rehabilitation and team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and enhance SLP programs and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and patient rights.
• Maintain state licensure and ASHA certification where applicable.
• Protect patient confidentiality and ethical practice.
