Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Summit, NJ is seeking a part-time Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and companionship. You’ll follow individualized care plans, maintain safety and dignity, and collaborate with families and care leaders to ensure a high quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
