Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in Mountainside, NJ is seeking a part-time Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities, promote safety and dignity, and build trusting relationships with residents.

You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and dining, and engage residents through conversation and activities while coordinating with families and care leaders. CPR/First Aid is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.
• Age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
