Job summary

Community Leadership Academy and Victory Preparatory Academy in Commerce City, Colorado, are seeking a licensed School Social Worker to support students academically, socially, and emotionally in a K–12 setting. This full-time role partners with families and a multidisciplinary team to build students' organization, self-management, emotional regulation, attendance, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain the Colorado license or credential to serve as a School Social Worker.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, collaboration, family-engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Help students build organization and self-management skills.
• Support attendance and student engagement through proactive planning.
• Collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary school team to implement interventions.
• Provide individual and small-group interventions to support social-emotional learning.
