MSAD 75 / RSU 75 Harpswell Community School in Harpswell, Maine is seeking a Long Term School Social Worker Substitute to join our educational community. Qualifications

• Maine licensure as LCSW or LMSW-Conditional preferred.
• Background check (CHRC) required.
• Experience with students with disabilities and IDEA/IEP process.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology for instruction and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Promote inclusive, trauma-informed practices for all students.
• Deliver school social work services and collaborate with families and staff.
• Review MTSS data and assist with interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for students in distress.
• Coordinate services with community partners and document IEPs.
• Work with Special Education to integrate behavioral goals.
