Job summary

Bilingual Therapies is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site services in a school setting near Maple Grove, MN. The position runs August 25, 2026 through June 10, 2027, on a 37.5-hour workweek with a supportive administrative structure.

You'll conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and maintain compliant documentation to support students' communication and learning needs. Applicants should attach MN SLP license and resume.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Minnesota SLP license required (attach PDF of license with application).
• CCC from ASHA preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFs).
• Previous school-based experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide therapy tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and parents.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related activities.
