ConnectedHealth is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver school-based therapy for a 36-week contract in Idaho Falls, ID. You will provide therapy services, conduct assessments, and develop IEPs while collaborating with teachers and parents to support student progress.

You hold an active SLP license with fingerprint clearance and have at least 1 year of school-based experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Active SLP license and fingerprinting clearance.
• Minimum 1 year of school-based experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech and language therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct evaluations and create/modify IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and staff.
• Maintain documentation per district policies.
