Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, contract maternity leave coverage near Bellevue, Washington. You will work in a school setting, collaborating with educational teams to assess and treat speech and language disorders in students.

Applicants may hold CCC or be CFY, with licensure in Washington or eligibility. You will deliver individual and group therapy, participate in IEPs, and help families.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Washington state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Open to CCC, CFY candidates seeking mentorship.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for working with children and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Deliver targeted interventions through individual and group sessions.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with IEP requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.
• Adapt therapy plans to student needs and monitor progress.
