Job summary

Soliant is hiring a School Psychologist in Chicago Heights, Illinois to support student assessment, consultation, intervention, and advocacy. You will collaborate with educators, families, and staff to promote academic achievement and social-emotional growth within a caring school community.

You will conduct evaluations, participate in IEPs, and guide data-driven decisions while promoting inclusion and well-being for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology is required.
• Active IL PEL with School Psychologist endorsement is required.
• Experience in a K–12 setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and communicate results to teams and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development and implementation of IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, admins, and support staff to address students' needs.
• Recommend and support evidence-based interventions in general and special education.
• Assist with crisis response and promote a safe, supportive school environment.
• Monitor progress using data-driven practices to improve outcomes.
