Qualifications

• Active Indiana Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
• Prior experience working within school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to develop and follow individualized treatment plans.
• Comfortable working with a diverse student population.
• Flexibility and reliability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy or COTA services to students based on IEP goals.
• Assess student needs and document progress.

• Maintain accurate therapy records and timely reporting.
