Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a school-based team in Surprise, AZ for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position serves K–12 students with an 8-hour day, 40 hours per week, and aligns with the academic calendar.

The OT will assess students, develop treatment plans, provide direct services, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and the IEP team to support student success. Arizona license required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain) required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.
• Adapt classroom environments and materials to improve student participation.
