Riverview Gardens School District is seeking a Substitute School Nurse to support student health services across district facilities in Moline Acres, Missouri. The nurse will work under the building principal and Director of Student Support Services to provide routine health services and care for students.

The role requires MO RN or LPN licensure, at least two years of nursing experience, and a commitment to health education and collaboration with teachers, counselors and families.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with MO RN or LPN licensure.
• Two years of nursing experience in various fields.
• Ability to perform duties per Missouri Nursing Practice Act.

• Administers first aid and handles student illness/injury referrals and health records.
• Performs nursing duties in accordance with Missouri Nursing Practice Act.
• Maintains health records and conducts standard screenings (vision, hearing, growth).
• Provides care for accidents and illnesses per district policy; informs parents as needed.
• Establishes and follows student health program per Board of Education guidance.
• Conveys health information to teachers and staff and participates in conferences.
