• Develops individualized health plans for designated students using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate health programs.
• Assists students and families in achieving wellness through health education.
• Participates in reviews to assure quality of nursing care and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborates with community members to assess and evaluate health services.
• Contributes to nursing practice through innovations and research.
• Performs other duties as needed for district operation.
