The nurse will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, conduct immunization surveillance and routine health screenings, and coordinate with families and healthcare providers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care and management of students with special needs, including medication administration.
• Immunization surveillance and routine health screenings are conducted annually.
• Acts as liaison for students with complex medical needs between the school, home, and outside medical facilities.
