Qualifications

• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with health care providers, parents, staff to ensure care access.
• Perform nursing assessment for ill/injured students and provide first aid.
• Maintain accurate health records per law and policy.
• Provide health counseling and education to students, parents, and staff.
• Notify appropriate personnel about student health needs.
• Provide medical assessment to district employees as requested.
• Provide health education to students as requested.
• Follow board policies and report injuries/illness as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
