• Assesses health-related situations and refers for proper treatment as needed.
• Collaborates with parents, staff, providers and agencies to support student health.
• Monitors referred students and initiates follow-up care.
• Maintains FERPA confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Remain on duty for the full assignment and document issues daily.
