Andy Frain Services is hiring School Crossing Guards for the 2026/2027 school year to help students reach and leave school safely. If you stay calm under pressure, are dependable, and enjoy working with children, you will be at the heart of the community.

You will guide students across intersections, monitor traffic, and communicate with school staff while maintaining a professional presence on every shift. Training is required, and work follows the school calendar for predictable hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Able to work independently and stay calm in emergencies
• Comfortable interacting with children and the public
• Physically able to work outdoors in all weather
• Basic knowledge of local streets
• Completion of required training

Responsibilities

• Guide students safely across intersections
• Keep an eye out for unsafe drivers or suspicious activity
• Communicate clearly with kids, parents, and school staff
• Maintain a positive, professional presence every shift
