Job summary

Cinnaminson High School seeks a long-term substitute certified school counselor to cover a leave for the 26-27 school year.

The role begins December 1 and extends to the end of the school year, supervising the Wellness Center and delivering comprehensive counseling to all students on caseload, including course selection, vocational guidance, state testing, college search, I&RS, CST meetings, conflict resolution, and mental health counseling.

Qualifications

• Certification in school counseling (NJ) is required.
• Experience with K-12 student counseling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Wellness Center operations.
• Provide comprehensive counseling to students on caseload.
• Assist with course selection, vocational counseling, and college search.
• Support state testing preparations and scheduling.
• Participate in I&RS and Child Study Team meetings.
• Conduct conflict resolution and mental health counseling.
