Pine-Richland School District seeks a Long-Term Substitute School Counselor at Pine-Richland High School beginning December 2026 through the 2026-2027 school year. The counselor will provide comprehensive guidance and counseling services to elementary-age children and youth, supporting personal, social, educational development and crisis response.

Requirements include a Master's degree in School Counseling, valid Pennsylvania Educational Specialist Level I or II certification, and clearances.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in School Counseling or similar program of study required.
• Valid Pennsylvania Educational Specialist Level I or Level II certification, endorsed for Elementary and Secondary School Counselor (or equivalent) required.
• Current federal and Pennsylvania criminal record and child abuse clearances required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional counseling and guidance services to students in personal, social, occupational and educational development.
• Attend meetings with students, parents and/or other professionals to provide counseling and guidance services.
• Develop and provide building and district-level in-service and training programs for staff relating to guidance program and objectives.
