Job summary

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Glendora, California, supporting students in a school setting. You will collaborate with a dedicated education team to provide individualized services that help children strengthen communication skills for school and daily life.

The ideal candidate holds an active California SLP license, a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, and CCC-SLP status is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential for California.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP preferred or applicable clinical fellowship status.
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
• School-based or special education experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing speech and language therapy to students individually and/or in small groups.
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment goals.
• Implementing evidence-based speech and language interventions.
• Supporting students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress toward individualized goals.
• Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related service providers.
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student programming and goals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
• Supporting students' communication skills across classroom and school environments.
• Maintaining student confidentiality and following all school and TSP Ed Co policies.
