Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based services during the 2026-2027 year. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, and CFs are welcome to apply.

The role involves collaborating with families, teachers, and IEP teams to assess, plan, implement, and monitor goals, maintain logs, and support students' communication outcomes in a supportive, clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current NM SLP license/credential or eligibility
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible NM school-based services
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
