Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Colorado is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Colorado licensure are required to provide school-based services.

CFs welcome. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000, shared calendar with the school year. The position offers mentoring, supervision, and a range of professional benefits as part of a clinician-led team serving children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CO SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible Colorado school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
