Job summary

Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a Greater Raleigh area school district.

This full-time, contract position offers collaboration with educators and families, a school-hours schedule, and a chance to impact student communication skills.

Candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and NC license or eligibility; pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active North Carolina SLP license or eligibility.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments.
• Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals.
• Provide direct therapy in individual and small group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals.
