Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and small group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation and compliance records
• Support communication areas including articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, and social communication skills

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
