Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site school-based role in Pace, FL. You will provide speech and language services to students, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with educational teams to support student success.

The position is a 1099 independent contractor with a Monday–Friday schedule, 36 weeks, and bi-weekly pay. Florida licensure required or willingness to obtain, and PLI coverage encouraged. Competitive compensation and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Florida SLP license or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) or willingness to obtain coverage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff.
• Participate in meetings and ensure compliance with district and state requirements.
