Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract near Puyallup, WA. You will deliver therapy, assess students, and participate in IEP planning with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates considered.
• Experience providing speech/language therapy and assessments in a K–12 school setting.
• Familiarity with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Lead or participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, staff, and families.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation.
• Use evidence-based practices to support students’ academic and social success.
• Provide resources and education for staff and caregivers to promote carryover of skills.
• Contribute positively to the school community and support district goals for student development.
