Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support preschool and elementary students in a Framingham-area school setting. This full-time, 30-hour weekly contract begins ASAP and runs through mid-June 2027, onsite with district staff and students.

Candidates must hold a Massachusetts PT license, have prior school-based experience, and complete CORI screening. The role offers ongoing collaboration with educators and families to promote student growth and participation.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts PT license/certification required.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Must complete CORI screening and fingerprinting per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted physical therapy services to preschool and elementary students per IEP goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to improve participation.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation per district/state mandates.
