Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Bachelor’s Level Project BASIC Child Development Specialist to deliver early intervention services in Morgan County schools. The role follows the school calendar and includes embedded work within classrooms, with training provided.

The specialist will run social-emotional learning groups, coach teachers, and support families while maintaining collaboration with the regional coordinator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health/social science discipline; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess children at risk of mental health problems; develop individual and group supports.
• Provide social-emotional learning groups and classroom-based activities.
• Consult with teachers; train families and school staff on BASIC curriculum.
