Job summary

Tapestry 360 Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant for School-Based Health Centers to provide compassionate counseling to students, both in person and through telehealth. The role alternates between school-year SBHC work and a summer community health center assignment, focusing on brief interventions, group sessions, and screenings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical social work, counseling, or clinical psychology; and three years of clinical practice with youth.
• Illinois licensure (LCSW/LCPC) required.
• Experience in school or community health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct student/patient care individually or in groups, in person or via telehealth, following the treatment plan.
• Coordinates care with medical providers and school staff to improve wellbeing.
• Delivers brief targeted interventions and screenings during summer and school terms.
• Maintains documentation with ICD-9/10-CM and CPT coding in the electronic health record.
• Attends trainings and maintains licensure; adheres to NASW or governing guidelines.
