Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills with common software applications.
• A caring attitude and commitment to helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom activities tailored to each student’s IEP.
• Support students during community outings and field trips.
• Provide help with personal care and mealtime routines.
• Assist in lunch preparation and cleanup.
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
• Document observations and data clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with therapists to implement therapy goals.
• Create a positive, person-centered environment for every student.
