Job summary

Goodwill San Diego Vista is seeking a Sales Person I to deliver excellent customer service, ring transactions, and assist with store recovery, cleaning and merchandising. You will help fill the floor with new arrivals and assist with donation processing as needed.

The role emphasizes friendly donor and customer interactions, adherence to cash handling policies, and maintaining a safe, organized shopping environment. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling or POS experience preferred.
• Experience with merchandising and shelf presentation appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Ring purchases accurately and follow cash handling policies.
• Keep sales floor clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with processing and receiving donations and merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
