Responsibilities

• Authorize clinic visits and track follow-up appointments
• Maintain OSHA logs and safety paperwork
• Monitor injury tracking by location, shift, department and supervisor
• Submit waste disposal and PPE purchase requests
• Update training rosters and certifications
• Assist with new hire orientation and ongoing training
• Schedule hearing tests and safety inspections
• Create safety flyers and alerts for events
• Maintain SDS databases and approve new products for plant use
• Prepare forklift inspection binders and PPE assessments
• Assist with LOTO energy control and safety documentation
• Provide notes for safety meetings and training sessions
