Job summary

Vivie is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality health care to residents. The role offers an hourly wage starting at $35.00, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and continuing education support.

The RN will assess new residents, manage service agreements, maintain medical records, monitor medication administration, and ensure regulatory compliance. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
• Adherence to safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures including HIPAA and Residents’ Bill of Rights.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial assessment of potential residents.
• Implements service agreements with residents at move-in.
• Reviews/Revises service agreements as needed.
• Maintains resident medical records and care plans.
• Ensures physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours.
• Maintains medication administration program and supervises related practices.
• Assists supervisor with health and medication training for staff and documents trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
