Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment in Illinois. The role focuses on residents assessments, care plan development, and coordination with the IDT to optimize health outcomes, with supervision of CNAs and adherence to IDPH/CMS standards.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, and pay is $40–$45 per hour. The position supports growth, training and a supportive leadership culture, with options for full-time, part-time or PRN

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
