High Point Regional Health is seeking a registered nurse to deliver direct patient care within a dynamic team. You will engage in governance activities, apply evidence-based practices, and coordinate with the care team to optimize outcomes across units.

The role requires an active RN license (BSN preferred) and BLS certification, with flexibility for occasional unit float and telehealth responsibilities as assigned. Strong communication and safety leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license (multi-state compact and/or single-state) with privileges to practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilités

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely per clinical protocols.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed.
• Demonstrates age-appropriate care across the lifespan.
