Job summary

AT&T in Mississippi is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to be at the center of customer interactions, using personalized sales expertise to guide options and help customers choose devices and services. This role focuses on building meaningful connections on the sales floor.

You’ll handle online orders, participate in events, and make outbound calls to current and potential customers, with a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends. Training is provided if you have no prior sales experience.

Qualifications

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
