Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Oxford, MS. You will engage customers with personalized sales expertise, demonstrate products, and help meet sales targets while earning a competitive hourly rate plus commissions.

You’ll work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to current and potential customers. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Engage with the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Maintain a schedule that includes 9am–9pm, including weekends; adapt as needed.
• Provide tools, training, and coaching to achieve goals if needed.
