Encompass Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide direct respiratory care, assess patients, administer breathing treatments, and develop personalized care plans to support recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy, and related medications.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, perform patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful patient relationships, addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient successes along the journey toward independence.
