Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality patient care across our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You’ll provide respiratory therapy, manage breathing treatments, and collaborate with a compassionate team to help patients regain independence.

Requirements include a current State License in Respiratory Therapy and CPR; ACLS preferred. Two years of hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care including medical gas, breathing therapy, and medications.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments and conduct patient assessments.
• Develop personalized care plans and address patient concerns.
• Build relationships with patients to support recovery.
