Job summary

National Experienced Workforce Solutions is seeking a Resource Conservationist to provide technical support and enable NRCS conservation program delivery in the Fresno area. The role is linked to the ACE program, offering part- to full-time engagement based on budgeted hours.

The candidate will bring experience in natural resources, agriculture, and NRCS processes, with required certifications and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 year(s) of experience in Natural Resources, Agriculture, or related field of study. OR BA/BS Degree in Agriculture, or related field of study.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• NRCS Certified Conservation Planner.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance support for the delivery of NRCS Farm Bill conservation programs at the Fresno Area Office.
• Assist in delivering EQIP and CSP program activities and data collection.
• Advise, mentor, guide, and provide training for local supervisors and executive team members working on conservation program delivery.
• Assist in performing quality assurance reviews of EQIP and CSP program delivery at the Field Office level.
