Job summary

You will supervise Direct Care Staff, coordinate schedules, deliver onboarding and ongoing training, and participate in hiring decisions while upholding regulatory safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid and valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Licensure as required by state.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking.
• Excellent communication to manage relationships.
• Compassionate, reliable, and quality-focused.
• Willingness to join a team providing client-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.
• Provide input on hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and terminations.
• Foster relations with case managers, referral agents, and lobbies on behalf of individuals.
• Maintain relationships with families and guardians; implement satisfaction plans.
• Monitor comfort and safety; ensure living environments meet regulatory requirements.
