Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager in Williamsport, PA to lead a team in delivering person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role focuses on daily operations, staff development, and programmatic goal attainment, with starting pay of $55,000 per year. Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications and be able to work in residential and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities.
• One year of experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Support staff performance through coaching, meetings and recognition.
• Develop and implement activity programs in line with Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Communicate with families/guardians as needed.
• Ensure ISP/PCP adherence, including medication and meal planning.
